Buried St.Mary & St. Eanswythe, Folkestone, Kent, in  the same vault as Fanny and his second wife Emily who died 15 February 1862, age 38 and their daughter Maria who died 3 March 1862, age 2 years 10 months.

Upon her mother's death in December 1853, "Boo" was adopted by her Godparents John and Jane (O'Meara) Simon.
