MARRIAGE 1		 Notes: 1861 census, scholar, age 13, with her Uncle William Pocock M.R.C.S. and family at 1 St. John's Villas, Angel Terrace, Lambeth, London.
Thomas Hatton, a milliner, with his wife Elizabeth, three sons and three daughters were living at 3 Ship Street, Brighton on the 1871 census.

The Sons:-

LOUIS  WILLIAM  SIMON  (ka BILL) born 26 March 1878, Antwerp. Belgium. died 1965.
Bill married ERICA  MARION  ROBERTSON 15 June 1905, St. Paul's, Knightsbridge, London.
Erica died May 1937. No issue.

CHARLES  GEORGE  SIMON (ka  GEORGE)  born 31 March 1880, Le Havre, France.  died 1956 in France.
George married Mrs AGNES  BOWLES (née Little) 4 November 1920, St. Peters, Cranley Gardens, London. Kensington dist 1a 421.
George and Agnes had two daughters (living).
For many years George headed up the Courvoisier Brandy distillery at Jarnac, Charente, France.
During the German occupation of France in WW11 George and his family came to England and  lived with his sister Minnie at Blythwood, Stanstead, Essex.
The Courvoisier business was in the Simon family from 1909 till 1964.

FRANK  TERTIUS  SIMON born 22 September 1885, Le Havre, France. died 1972.
Frank married DOROTHIE  DAVIES 19 September 1936, St.Mary's, Stanstead, Essex.  No issue.

The Daughters:-

ROSE  MARION  SIMON  (ka  MINNIE)  born 13 January 1882, Le Havre, France
Minnie married ERNEST  CARTHAGH  GILLON  28 August 1912 at St.Augustine's, Kilburn, London.
Minnie died 22 April 1966, Stanstead, Essex.
Ernest born 18 November 1876, Lismore, co Waterford.  died 26 May 1933, London.
