Dorothea, always known as DORRIE, worked for Barclays Bank for six years and after her marriage when living in Kent worked at an antique shop in New Bond Street, London. Among the customers she remembers were, The Duke of Norfolk, Stewart Granger, the film actor and various members of the Royal family. She was later in the Salaries department of Anglia Television for twelve years. Dorrie and Alex were much travelled and a favourite memory is their visit to the Taj Mahal. Dorrie's hobbies include gardening, reading, cooking and handicrafts.
